It’s Not the Plane, It’s the Pilot! 2024-25 School Theme
Monday, April 14, 2025
We’re excited to kick off one of the most fun and energizing times of the school year—Spirit Week! This is a chance for students to show their school pride, build community, and celebrate all the things that make being an Aviator special. Each day is packed with themed dress-up opportunities, activities, and events designed to bring students together in a positive and spirited way. We encourage all students to participate, get involved, and make the most of this week!
Please make a note of the following:
1. Administration Message
Mr. Mansfield talks about the best and most mature students we see are thinking about other people first. link here
We have completed giving the Aspire testing to our Freshman and Sophomore students this last week. For students who have not completed the Aspire testing, they will be called down the next three weeks to complete the assessments.
3. Great Utah Shake Out
We will be participating in the Great Utah Shake Out this Thursday, the 17th.
4. Chromebook Checks
Yearly Chromebook checks will take place during A1 classes tomorrow.
Please ensure your student brings both their school-issued Chromebook and charger to class that day.
If your student is experiencing any issues with their Chromebook, they should inform their A1 teacher during the check.
Students who do not have an A1 class but do have a Chromebook must bring it to the Chromebook Center in D254 before April 17 to complete the check.
Important:
If a Chromebook is not checked, the district will consider it lost and assess a $150 fine.
5. Registration
Today, we held an assembly with our freshman students to discuss sophomore registration for next year, which opens on Thursday, April 17th, at 3:00 PM. Please take a moment to talk with your freshman students about what they learned during the assembly.
6. School Board Maps
During our School Community Council meeting last week, we discussed the new school boundaries. I wanted to share the map with the updated boundary information. Link here to view the school board boundaries.
